Manufacturing Process

Made of carbon fiber and resin using the vacuum infusion method — technology widely used in aerospace and racing cars.

1. European carbon fiber fabric laid precisely in mold for perfect Twill pattern.
2. Infused under vacuum with high-quality epoxy resin — no polyester gel coats.
3. Cured thermally at up to 100°C (212°F).
4. Trimming and sanding for flawless finish.
5. Two-step coating with UV-protected automotive varnish.
6. Secure packaging for safe shipping.

Thickness: ~1 mm. Withstands minor stone impacts and doesn’t develop white spots.

Finish Options

UV-protected automotive varnish prevents deformation like cheaper analogs. Choose Glossy or Matte — specify in order comments.
