Shipping & Production Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Every item in our store is handled with care, and all of our products are made-to-order. Please review our shipping and production timelines below before placing your order.

1. Production & Processing Time

Because our products involve specialized manufacturing and custom preparation, please take note of our timelines:

• Production Time: The manufacturing and preparation of your order can take up to 2 weeks (10 business days).

Please note: The production time is separate from the shipping/transit time. The shipping clock starts once the production phase is fully complete and the package is handed over to the logistics carrier.

2. Shipping Labels & Tracking Information

To streamline our fulfillment process, your international tracking number may be generated in advance during the final stages of your order's preparation.

• Please note: Your shipping label and tracking number may be created immediately, prior to the physical dispatch and delivery to the post office.

• You will receive an automated notification as soon as the label is printed.

• The tracking status will update and become active once the package is physically accepted and scanned by the postal service.

3. Estimated Shipping Times by Region

We ship worldwide using reliable international postal and logistics networks. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, here are the estimated delivery timelines based on your location:

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing procedures, local postal efficiency, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

General Policy:

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer. 

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

Special Conditions for the United States (USA):

To provide a seamless delivery experience for our US customers, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for orders up to $2,500:

• US buyers will not have to pay any customs duties or fees upon arrival for shipments valued up to $2,500.

• All required customs fees and taxes are fully handled and prepaid by us (the sender) at the time of shipment.

• This means your package will arrive as a fully prepaid shipment, ensuring zero unexpected charges and no customs clearance delays upon delivery in the US.

Please note: For all other countries and US orders with a value exceeding $2,500, standard customs regulations apply, and the buyer is responsible for any local fees and import clearance upon delivery.

5. Correct Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
