1. Made-to-Order & Photo Accuracy Guarantee

Please note that all products available in our store are made-to-order and involve specialized, individual manufacturing.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item will be produced according to our standard manufacturing timelines (up to 10 business days, though usually completed within 5 business days).

  • Photo Accuracy Guarantee: We take pride in our work and guarantee that the product images displayed in our store represent the exact original items, designs, and quality you will receive. What you see in our official photos is a true and accurate reflection of the premium product that will be manufactured and shipped to you.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are in USD (or your local currency as converted by the storefront) and exclude shipping fees and local import taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of checkout via our authorized payment gateways.

3. Shipping Location, Customs, and Import Taxes

  • Shipping Location: All of our products are manufactured and dispatched directly from our workshop located in Ukraine.

  • International Orders (Outside the USA): When ordering from outside the United States, you are responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees that may be applied by your country's government upon arrival.

  • United States (USA) Orders: For orders shipped to the USA with a total value of up to $2,500, import duties are prepaid (DDP) by us at the time of shipment. Your package will arrive as a fully prepaid shipment with no additional customs fees required upon delivery. For US orders exceeding $2,500, standard formal import clearance applies and is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Because our individual production cycle begins shortly after an order is secured, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Within this 24-hour window, the buyer has the full right to cancel the order and receive a refund.

  • Once this 24-hour period has passed and the manufacturing phase has officially started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded prior to delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of our store. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media or designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, or from delays in production and shipping caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (including customs delays, postal strikes, or force majeure events).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where our business operations are registered.

8. Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.
