The product is made of carbon fiber and resin using the vacuum infusion method (a technology commonly used in the manufacturing of aerospace components, racing cars, etc.).
The manufacturing process consists of the following stages:
1. European-made carbon fiber fabric is carefully laid into a clean mold, ensuring a precise and aesthetically aligned pattern.
2. It is infused under vacuum with high-quality epoxy resin. No polyester gel coats or resins are used!
3. Thermal treatment involves curing at temperatures of up to 100°C (212°F).
4. Trimming and sanding are performed for a perfect finish.
5. A two-step coating process is applied using UV-protected automotive-grade varnish.
6. The product is securely packaged for safe postal shipping.
Shipping to USA: Approximately 2-4 weeks to buyer's door by USPS/EMC courier service.
Track number may not be added immediately, but within 5 days of shipment.
